Can I make the switch to A² Sites if I already have a website?
If your website is built on WordPress – Yes, absolutely! Our team handles migrations for free and you can move your entire website over and receive the benefits of our tools and analytics.
If your website is built on something else, like (Squarespace, Wix, etc), we’re not able to directly migrate, but our team can help build you a fresh site and we can simply migrate your content over. Get in touch if you have any questions on moving content over.
Do I need a domain with Ad Armory to use A² Sites?
No, it’s not required to have a domain with Ad Armory. If you already have one, you can keep your current domain where it is and change DNS settings to point to your new site.
But if you need a domain, we highly recommend our domain service as it includes free setup with your A² Site to save your more time. It also makes things easier to manage everything from one place.
Can I upgrade to a different support or power level plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade your website plan anytime. Simply change your plan in your account settings, or reach out to our Customer Service team and we’ll take care of it for you.
Why do I need to complete a form for A² Sites?
The on-boarding form is meant as the primary way of collecting information for your website. While most of the questions aren’t required, the more information you give us about your brand, the more we can use to build out the content on your website.
Can I sell products on my A² Site?
Yes, you can use Woocommerce with your A² Site for e-commerce management. Because of the resources it can take though, we recommend using a Boosted Power Level plan.
It’s important to note that we only provide e-commerce support through our Advanced Services. Connect with our team for more information.
What is a content edit with the support plans?
A content edit is a single request to change, add, or update a piece of content on the website. This can be text, an image, or adding a section, or adding a new element from your selected theme.
You would simply let us know what changes in a support ticket and we handle the rest.
Our primary rule with content edits in terms of limitations is no custom code. All custom work is done through our Advanced Services.
Do I need a domain first to start my A² Site?
No, you can actually start and build your website first and buy a domain later. This is a nice option especially if you’re still thinking about your brand name or trying to settle on something.
Once you’re ready you can check to see if your domain is available and purchase it through our Domains.
